Rawnola – Home Made

After seeing numerous posts on my Instagram newsfeed of delicious & healthy treats, I decided to give it a ‘go’ and make one of my own.

 

Home made Rawnola is as perfect breakfast for on the go or just as a delicious raw treat!

All you need is 1/2 a cup of raw oats, 1/2 a cup of pitted dates (or medjool dates), 1/2 a cup of coconut shreds and a teaspoon of cocao (adds the chocolate taste).

Mix it all together in a blender……

Serve with banana and almond milk or eat it as it is, a guilt free delight!Rawnola 1.jpg
